Official Hours of Operation

CCC's Official Hours of Operation are from 09:00am-06:00pm PST.

Please be advised, CCC team members should not be editing via RingCentral.

We ask that you refrain from changing your individual "Work Hours" via your RingCentral app settings.

You should not be receiving any incoming calls before or after CCC's official Hours of Operation.

Consider

You may be penalized 2 BP if your "Work Hours" are edited in RC.
